We are pleased to offer the services of our reference librarians to help you find answers to your questions or to help you obtain the items that you need. 

To Request an Item:

If you would like to request an item, please direct your request to Adult Services, Youth Services, or Outreach Services.  (This service is limited to library card holders who live or work in Rochester, Rochester Hills, or Oakland Township.)

To Ask a Reference Question:

Please select the department that best meets your needs: Adult Services, Youth Services, Outreach Services (for older adults, homebound readers, adult new readers, or anyone with vision, hearing, or other disability) or Circulation (overdue charges or other checkout questions.)  

Please provide us with as much information as you can---the more you tell us, the better our answer will be.  Also be sure to provide accurate contact information so that we will be able to get the information to you.
