Adult Summer Reading Prize Winners |

   A record 220 adults registered for the "Dive Into Summer Reading" program this year, and a total of 475 books were read. Congratulations to our prize winners, and thank you to the Friends of the Rochester Hills Public Library for sponsoring our Summer Reading programs! |

Buy Groceries and Support Your Library! |

 The Friends of the Rochester Hills Public Library are sponsoring a Schwan's Event on Saturday, September 11 at 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the southeast parking lot of the Library. Come and purchase groceries from the Schwan's truck and support your Library! Schwan's will donate a percentage of your grocery purchase to RHPL. The more you buy, the more the Library benefits. To pre-order, catalogs and order forms are available at the Information Desk before September 11th. If you are unable to attend the truckload sale or need a gift idea, please consider buying a gift certificate. Gift certificates may also be used the day of the sale. New Self-Check Software--Let Us Know What You Think |

| We are running a trial of some NEW self-check software. It is only installed on the self-check machine closest to the elevator. We would like you to try it out and let us know what you think. It has some new functionality, including direct access to your library account and payment of fines/fees via credit card (over $5). If you get a chance to use it, send us your feedback. Thanks! |
