Projects
Our projects are geared toward getting a large number of members
all working on their own version of some modeling project.
- Rochester Project
- A truly memorable scene was needed for a new turn-back module,
and historic down town Rochester fill the bill. We have modeled two
blocks of Main Street, from University to 3rd Street as well as many other
local landmarks.

- Club Modules
- The club maintains a set of HO modules and sets them up 2 or 3 times a year.

- Club Cars
- Every member is invited to build an HO freight car that has both
the member's name and the Stoney Creek logo on it. These cars then
make up a 'members train' that is run during modular setups.

- Operating sessions
- Dan Lewis,
of Division 8, is currently organizing monthly round-robin
operating sessions on local layouts. Sessions are generally on the last
Friday of the month and are from 7:00 PM till everyone goes home. Anyone
is welcome to attend or even host. These operating sessions are
very relaxed and ideal for those interested in learning about prototypical
operating sessions. Contact Dan or us
if you are interested in attending.
