You are eligible for a Rochester Hills Public Library card. After completing the online form, please bring the appropriate documentation, such as a driver's license or property tax statement, proof of work or school enrollment if applicable, to the Information Desk. If you are 18 years of age and older: Go to Library Card Application -OR- If you are 13 to 18 years of age, you are eligible to fill out this application, but you must come to the library with your parent or guardian who will have to show identification in order for you to get your library card: Go to Library Card Application -OR- If you are under age 13, your parent or guardian needs to fill out this application for you. Then your parent or guardian must come to the library and show identification in order for you to get your library card: Go to Library Card Application *NEW* Parents and Guardians: It is now possible for you to get a Library Card for minor children without circulation privileges. This would allow your children to use a computer at the library and register for programs (including Summer Reading) without worry about keeping track of items they might check out. This is a special type of library card with which they would not be able to check anything out. If you are interested in this, ask at the Information Desk. |
