What to know before you reserve 

  • Online Meeting Room reservations can be made one week to two months in advance and are limited to two per month and four hours per day. Study Room reservations are limited to two per week and four consecutive hours per day.

    • Study Room reservations may be canceled if the patron does not arrive within 15 minutes of the reservation start time.

  • All Meeting Room reservations must be approved by the library before use. Your reservation is not confirmed until reviewed by staff during business hours.

  • Expected attendance must match each meeting room's capacity. Conference Room A, up to 23 people, Conference Room B, up to 12 people, Multipurpose Room, 25-90 people.

  • The Scout Group Reservation space is only available to scout groups of up to 30 people. Please note, the available furniture in this room is child-sized.
