What to know before you reserve 

  • Online Meeting Room reservations can be made one week to two months in advance and are limited to two reservations a month, for up to four hours per day. 

  • Study Room reservations are limited to two per week and four consecutive hours per day.

    • Study Room reservations may be canceled if the patron does not arrive within 15 minutes of the reservation start time.

  • Your Meeting Room reservation is not confirmed until reviewed by staff during business hours (typically within 24-48 hours after the reservation is placed). Reservations requested within a week of the day needed cannot be guaranteed.

  • Reservation requests with incomplete information will be automatically canceled. 

  • Meeting Rooms may not be reserved for tutoring.

  • The Scout Group Reservation space is only available to scout groups of up to 30 people. Please note that the available furniture in this room is child-sized.
