RHPL offers monthly and bi-monthly newsletters on a wide variety of fiction and nonfiction topics – everything from cooking and home design to the latest must-read books.
In 2012, RHPL purchased a used bookmobile to expand its mobile library service. This bookmobile launched as the Early Literacy Bus, providing books and offering storytimes to our youngest community members at their childcare centers and preschools.
Every day, staff members in the Circulation Department process nearly 2000 items. As you can imagine, we see quite a few forgotten bookmarks, actual and a little more unorthodox.
