RCS Students and Parents, As you may know, students in Rochester Community Schools are automatically issued a Rochester Hills Public Library (RHPL) card at enrollment.  In an effort to standardize barcodes and assist educators who do not have access to RHPL records, RCS student library barcodes are now their student ID, and no longer the traditional library number that begins with 2315.
